What data we collect through the website, why we need it, how long we keep it and what rights you have.

What data we process and why
We process your data solely to handle your request, book your appointment and communicate with you about it.
- Contact form: first name, surname, phone, email, optionally your health insurer and the content of your message.
- Online booking: first name, surname, phone, email, the chosen treatment and time, and your note if you add one.
- Booking by phone: we record the same details in the same booking system.
- Information you give us in person during treatment is processed as part of your medical records under Slovak Act No. 576/2004 Coll. on healthcare.
Legal basis
Data from the contact form is processed on the basis of your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Data from booking an appointment is processed so that we can book it at your request, under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Providing the data is voluntary, but without it we cannot send the form, reply to your message or book an appointment.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for marketing. To run the website we use only the processors we need:
- the provider of the server the website and booking system run on,
- Resend, which delivers appointment confirmation emails,
- Google Analytics — only if you consent to analytics cookies.
How long we keep data
Messages from the contact form are kept only as long as needed to deal with them, at most one year. Booking data is kept for two years after the appointment and then deleted automatically.
Medical records are kept for the period required by law.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- request access to your personal data,
- have it corrected or erased,
- restrict processing and to data portability,
- withdraw your consent at any time — without affecting processing before the withdrawal,
- lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.
