What we can help with

Eight areas we work in. For each one you will find how we proceed and how much time we set aside — so you know what to expect from your visit.

Not sure what you need?

Start with an initial examination — you can book it online in a couple of minutes. We go through the whole mouth and propose a plan tailored to you.

Check-up

about 30 minutesChildren welcome

A regular examination of teeth, gums and soft tissue. Prevention comes first — the cheapest treatment is the one you never need.

During a check-up we assess the condition of your teeth, gums, soft tissue and bite. The aim is to catch decay while a small filling is still enough, rather than root canal treatment. You leave with home-care advice and a date for your next visit.

  • Recommended every six months
  • Home-care advice tailored to you
  • Treatment plan including price before we begin

Dental hygiene

about 60 minutesChildren welcome

Removal of tartar and staining, plus brushing technique practised on your own teeth.

We remove tartar, plaque and staining and polish the teeth. Most of the time, though, goes on what you do at home — we show you the technique on your own teeth and choose the tools that fit your interdental spaces.

  • Removal of tartar and staining
  • Technique coaching and choice of interdental brushes
  • Recommended every 6 – 12 months

Restorative dentistry

about 45 minutesChildren welcome

White fillings matched to the surrounding tooth in both colour and shape.

We remove decay conservatively and preserve as much healthy tissue as possible. The filling is shaped to follow the tooth's original form and fit your bite. We always check the bite at the end, so the filling never gets in the way.

  • White composite fillings
  • Colour matched against a shade guide
  • Bite checked at the end of every appointment

Root canal treatment

about 90 minutes

Treatment of the root canals — saving a tooth that would otherwise have to come out.

Inflammation of the dental pulp is treated by shaping the canals, disinfecting them and filling them. It is the longest treatment we carry out and sometimes needs two visits. The aim is to keep the tooth working for decades, not to remove it.

  • Treatment of one- to three-canal teeth
  • One or two visits depending on the case
  • Thorough disinfection and filling of the canals

Oral surgery

about 60 minutes

Extractions and minor surgical procedures in the mouth — backed by a certificate in oral surgery.

A tooth that cannot be saved has to come out in a way that lets the surrounding tissue heal without complications. Before the procedure we explain what will happen and what the next few days will be like, and you receive clear aftercare instructions. If you have questions afterwards, just call us.

  • Simple and surgical extractions
  • Written aftercare instructions
  • The follow-up check is part of the treatment

Prosthetics

about 60 minutes

Crowns, bridges and dentures that look natural and are comfortable to chew with.

A damaged or root-treated tooth is covered with a crown. Missing teeth are replaced with a bridge or a removable denture. The work is made in cooperation with a dental laboratory, so there are always a few days between appointments.

Treating children

about 30 minutesChildren welcome

We accept children from the age of one. We work calmly and at a pace the child can manage.

With children the first impression counts. We explain everything in a way that suits their age, work at a pace the child can manage, and a parent stays beside the chair throughout. Prevention matters most — we show both the child and the parents how to brush properly.

Emergency treatment

about 30 minutesChildren welcome

Pain doesn't wait for an appointment. We keep slots free for urgent cases on every working day.

For acute pain, a dental injury or swelling, call as soon as you can — every working day we hold slots outside the booked schedule. We will treat you even if you have never been here before. If we are fully booked, we will point you to the nearest emergency dental surgery.

  • Slots reserved on every working day
  • We treat patients who are not registered with us
  • For a dental injury call immediately — time matters

What we do not offer

We do not provide orthodontics (braces) or dental implants — if you need them, we will refer you to a colleague who does that work full time. We do not take X-rays at the practice; when one is needed, we refer you to a clinic that does.

The practice does not yet have a contract with any health insurer — patients pay for all treatment directly.
